Tour Details

Day 01 : Srinagar

On arrival at the Srinagar airport, you will be welcomed & received by Tour My India representative/driver, who will then escort you to a jetty around Dal Lake. The houseboat at Dal lake is going to be your romantic abode for the first night of your enchanting Kashmir tour. After check-in in the houseboat, you can relax for a while. After check in, proceed towards sightseeing of Srinagar.

Visit the world-famous Mughal Gardens - Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love), and Chashme Shahi Garden, and also pay visit to the Shankaracharya Temple. Later in the evening, proceed for a shikara ride in the Dal lake.
Overnight stay at Srinagar at the Houseboat.
 

Day 02 : Srinagar - Sonamarg - Srinagar ( 76 kms One way)

After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and transfer to the hotel. After drive to Sonamarg, and full day excursion of Sonmarg which is one of the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. Sonmarg also called Meadow of Gold is located at a height of 2690 meters. You may take a pony ride (at your own cost) to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year. Return to the Hotel by evening for overnight stay.


Day 03 : Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar (8700 Feet, 52 kms, 1.5 hrs One way)

After Breakfast, drive to Gulmarg called as “Meadow of Flowers” . Gulmarg is 52 Kms from Srinagar at an altitude of 8700-ft.
Gulmarg also referred as Meadow of Flowers is a famous Ski Resort & the world’s highest 18 hole Golf Course. The place was prominent during the British time.
You can enjoy a Pony ride (Optional At your own cost).


Experience Gondola ride (up to first level only). Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes.
After sightseeing back to Srinagar, Check in Hotel and Overnight stay in Hotel

Day 04 : Srinagar - Doodhpatri - Srinagar (On way Approx 2 hrs)

After breakfast drive to Doodhpatri Full day excursion to Doodhpathri is a beautiful meadow with emerald grass that looks like a green carpet. A beautiful river dancing and reverberating with the wind flows in the middle of the meadow, lending it a splendid charm and vibrancy. The place looks very beautiful and pleasant. The green grass under the feet is really wonderful.

Doodhpathri itself is actually a tourist attraction that you see while visiting Kashmir. As I mentioned previously, there is nothing here really except for a huge green ground sitting in the middle of mighty peaks all around. There are no big tourist attractions or adventure sports happening here. It is just natural beauty at its best with tranquil enough to soothe your soul. There are however a few places near Doodhpathri that too are worth mentioned and visiting after sightseeing back to Srinagar and Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 05 : Srinagar – Yousmarg – Srinagar (On way Approx 2 hrs)

After breakfast drive to Yousmarg, Full day excursion to Yousmarg (Meadow of Flowers) enroute visit of Charar sheriff shrine village and town. After noon visit to Doodh Ganga by Pony.

Yusmarg, located at the distance of 47 kilometers from the Srinagar, near the Badgam district, Jammu & Kashmir, India, lies in the heart Mountains of south-west of Srinagar. It is a perfect picnic spot and the Nilnag Lake can be visited from here. Taxis can be hired at Srinagar for the trip to yusmarg.

The tourists can enjoy pony ride in and around this place. Yousmarg is reputed for having some unique spring flowers. It also has some of the highest peaks in Pir-Panjal range. After Sightseeing return back to Srinagar. and Overnight stay in Hotel .

Day 06 : Srinagar - Pahalgam - Srinagar (7200 Feet, 96kms, 3 hrs one way)

After Breakfast Transfer for full Day excursion of Pahalgam called as “Valley of Shepherds”. In Pahalgam, Enjoy the nature & walk around the banks of River Lidder.
Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. By evening return to Srinagar. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Aru Valley is a small yet self-sufficient scenic village located 12 km from Pahalgam. The drive up to the village is alluring too. The location of the village among the grasslands, make this place a tourist delight. It is reachable by walking along a mountain path. The village also serves as the start point for trekking to Kolahoi glacier. Another long trek for the serious trekker is to Sonmarg, which can be covered in 3 days! Besides, the valley is also known to be a good site for camping. Instead of taking the regular pony ride it is recommended that tourists explore the surrounding valley on foot to get a full sense of its beauty.

Betaab Valley
Located on the way to Chandanwari, the valley was named Betaab after the Bollywood movie by the same name! Earlier known as Hajan Valley, after the release of the movie, it was renamed as major part of the movie was shot here. Set amid picture perfect environs complete with snowcapped mountains, gurgling streams, colorful willow trees & the warm sun; making it an ideal for an artist’s canvas! The valley is a walk-able distance from Pahalgam. The crystal clear & chilly water of the stream bubbling down from the snowy hills is a delight; locals here drink this water too. Baisaran and Tulian Lake are few nearby attractions that can be visited.

Chandanwari
Pahalgam to Chandanwari is easily accessible by taxi. From Chandanwari, pilgrims need to continue their Yatra on foot or pony, which will take at least 2 days to reach the cave and back, with an overnight stay in either Shishnag or Panchtarni. After Sightseeing back to Hotel and Overnight stay in Hotel


Day 07 : Srinagar Departure
After Breakfast check out hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport for Departure with the memories that can’t be forgotten.
